When you click the “Calls” tab on MS Teams App on your smartphone, you will see a Home Screen (left).
On the Top-Left corner, click on your Profile tab (left) to explore main options in a drop-down menu.
Now select the “Settings” option (right) to uncover multiple general & specific options.
You can now click on the “Calling” tab (left) to explore various call-related options.
Some common call-related options include “Call forwarding” (right), delegating, and blocking calls. You can also change your voicemail greeting on this screen.
MS Teams Phone allows you to forward a call to your “Voicemail” (left) by default if you toggle the Call forwarding button to “On”.
You can also forward your call or to any existing contact or phone number in your smartphone by simply clicking on the “Forward to” tab (left) on and selecting the radio button next to the “Contact or number” tab (right).
