Stick & Puck is open to all ages and skill levels. Both an All Ages session and a Family Stick & Puck session are available at participating locations, along with Women’s Only, Teen, and Senior options. Sessions are focused on skating, shooting, passing, and puck control — no scrimmages permitted. A maximum of 30 participants is allowed per session.
– All Ages: Parental supervision required for participants 11 and under.
– Family Stick & Puck: Participants must be under 13, accompanied by a guardian 18+ on ice or at rink side.
