How do I register for an Adult League?
Last Updated: June 5, 2026For ASHL registrations, visit bench.ashl.ca to log into your Player’s Bench account and register for an upcoming season. New players will need to create an account prior to registering. For any other adult leagues, visit canlansports.com and access Leagues and Tournaments from the drop-down menu.
