Free Agent individuals applying to join a team are accepted in order of registration on a first come, first serve basis. The registration status is pending until we successfully match your child with a team of their age group & skill level.
- If we are unable to run specific age groups or skill level divisions, our team will look for a fit elsewhere, such as combining skill levels (i.e. AA & AAA), age groups (i.e. U11 & U12), or moving to another Canlan location that is hosting the proper age/skill division (if close in proximity).
Players will be sent a registration confirmation and team assignment one week prior to the season start date, if a placement is found. Friend requests cannot be guaranteed.
If we are unable to find a fit for you, you are eligible for a credit or refund (YHL Peace of Mind Policy) and we will reach out to inform you.
