Activity Overview: Stick & Puck is your time to hone hockey skills your way. Work on skating, puck control, shooting, passing, and fitness at your own pace in a safe, flexible environment. It’s self-directed training time - no scrimmages, no goalies, no private lessons. Don’t Forget: · Helmet mandatory (full facial protection required under 18) · Gloves and stick required · Full gear strongly recommended for participants under 11 · Bring your own puck(s) Age: Open to all ages. Parent/guardian supervision required under 11. Capacity: 30 participants Additional Notes: Private instruction, goalies, and scrimmages are not permitted. Drop In registrations are final, no credit, refunds or transfers are available.
