Beginners Stick & Puck is created especially for new skaters and first-time hockey players of any age. Whether you’re stepping onto the ice for the very first time or just starting to build basic skating and puck-handling skills, Beginners Stick & Puck offers a relaxed, judgment-free space to learn at your own pace. Families, kids, and adults are all welcome. It's perfect for anyone who’s never played before or is still gaining confidence. This program is developed specifically for beginner hockey players of all ages. Adults over 18+ who are advanced please see other options. Don’t Forget: Helmet (Required for all ages and full facial protection required for participants under 18), gloves, stick, and puck. Full gear is recommended for participants under 11. Age: Open to all ages. If under 11 years old, parent/guardian supervision is required. Additional Notes: Private instruction, goalies, and scrimmages are not permitted.
