The tournament coordinator will request your roster the week of the tournament. It is mandatory to submit your roster. You can use the linked form to build it. Stickers for game sheets are not required, as all game sheets will come pre-populated with the correct roster.
First Name, Last Name, Jerseys Number (use zero if not available yet), Date of Birth, and Position are required.
