Located in the Midwest's largest multi-sport and fitness complex, the Canlan Sportsplex
Training Center is a 5,000 square foot, state-of-the-art fitness base outfitted with Keiser
equipment, which is used by top trainers and professional sports teams worldwide.
The equipment uses pneumatic technology, allowing for the best resistance workout possible.
Using air-pressured resistance allows everyone from beginner exercisers to elite athletes to
build strength and speed.

After your initial consultation, you’ll set up your training schedule with a trainer.
Classes, individual training, and nutrition goals will be set based on your consultation.
As you progress and your fitness level increases, we can change and update your program.
