Meet our Instructors

Deanna Murphy

A skilled fitness instructor with advanced training in Zumba, Piloxing, and small group fitness, Deanna specializes in group fitness for older adults. She is a former gymnast and a former dancer with the Chicago Luvabulls who enjoys inspiring others to commit to long-term health and fitness goals.

Christine Seberg

Four-time marathon runner Christine is experienced in a variety of fitness activities including spin/cycle, small group fitness and senior fitness. She is equipped with the motivational skills and technical training to engage clients and help them achieve results. A former early childhood teacher, Christine enjoys motivating others to be the best they can be.

Group Fitness Class

Meets Monday, Wednesday & Friday 9:00 a.m. - 10:00 a.m.

This cardiovascular class mixes calisthenics and body weight exercises with weight training and overall cardio designed in a way to be different all the time. We want to keep your body guessing and challenge you every class! Be prepared to push and challenge yourself and encourage others rather than intimidate. We will work with all types of workouts including: Medicine Balls, Stability Balls, TRX, CrossFit, Interval Training, Tabata, Weight Circuits, Speed Agility, Sprinting, and Studio Cycle (spin to your favorite music with low impact).

Come with a friend and enjoy and hour of great music and fun.
