Drop-In Senior Fitness
Sitting in a chair and standing participants in this class will use light weights, resistance tubing, jelly balls to improve muscle tone and build strength for everyday activities. This class will also focus on fall prevention with exercises to improve balance and core strength as well as cardio endurance through movement with music. An overall workout for total body strength.
